The Precision Education and Assessment Research Lab

The Precision Education and Assessment Research Lab (The PEARL) in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Stanford University improves patient care by finding the best ways to train physicians. We develop data-driven strategies to personalize medical education for individual trainees and design assessment techniques that foster better learning.
